To request a booking simply email us, or call us, with your required dates and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Our contact details are:

After a booking is agreed, we will send you a contract describing the full details of our agreement.
Obtaining the best rental prices
Bracken Howe can also be booked through third party websites such as: AirBnB; Booking.com; TripAdvisor; and Holiday Lettings. These websites charge a service fee which can add 17% or more to the cost of your stay. If you book directly through us, using the above contact details, we will always offer a lower overall price to reduce the cost of your stay.
In addition, if you book directly through us, we will be happy to chat about the house, answer any questions and discuss your requirements.
The rental payments
The rental payments are to be made at the following dates:
• An initial deposit of one third of the total rental to secure the booking.
• The remaining two-thirds of the total rental, six weeks before booking.
In addition, a refundable housekeeping bond of £300 is required six weeks before booking. This will be refunded within two weeks of departure, assuming there is no damage.
